Flying High
A Virgin Atlantic pilot accused of attempting to fly a passenger jet while under the influence of alcohol appeared in a US court on Tuesday.

Captain Richard Harwell was arrested on 19 December. He had been due to fly 383 passengers and 17 crew from Washington Dulles airport to Heathrow.

He was released from jail after paying $25,000 (£15,000) bail but ordered to stay in the US until the trial.

He did not enter a plea at the hearing which was adjourned until Friday.
So, would the charge be FUI?
