The Chairman of the FCC, Kevin Martin:

You can always turn the television off and, of course, block the channels you don't want, but why should you have to?Right.

Thanks for bringing this story to my attention.
I also realize that we don't need parents when the FCC can do their job for them at the taxpayers expense.
