Swirling the drain

As anyone who wasted a dime investing in Arbusto can tell you, Dubya is not a man who should be trusted with any sort of capital. It appears he just keeps drilling dry political holes, too, and all that political capital he said he had seems all spent.

Yesterday it was the CBS poll:

Approve: 35
Disapprove: 57

His lowest ever in the CBS poll.

Today, he hits a new low in the ABC/Washington Post poll, too.

Approve: 39
Disapprove: 60
