Saying he is up in all the polls would indeed be wrong, but he IS UP in many polls. Frosts your behind?

The fact that Bush has jumped up to 40% in some polls doesn't bother me at all. I think you should be bothered that he's lowered the bar so far that you feel like 40% is an accomplishment.
I stated that his numbers were up- which I see you can't deny. Kindly point out where I proudly touted the 40% number, if you can. He surely isn't the first President to fall that low. What were your heroes Clinton and Carter's lowest? I don't recall, but pretty low.
