Post on demand

Pascal-Emmanuel Gobry says lower the voting age. My thirteen-year-old son just said, "I demand you post something agreeing with that."

I agree.

In the first presidential election I watched closely, 1968, I immediately realized that Richard Nixon was a very bad man. It was perfectly obvious.

I realized when he was elected that I was clearly smarter than most voters. Oh, and I was ten years old.

Sure, let the thirteen year olds vote. Why the hell not? It couldn’t do any worse than the electorate we have now.
