Dear Republicans: Suck it

Update: MSNBC just reported that Republicans have pulled their resolution. I guess the image of Democrats reading a list of things Republicans have said on the house floor in the past few months scared the shit out of them.

Rep. Alan Grayson seems to have struck a nerve with Republicans by saying this on the House floor:
It’s my duty and pride tonight to be able to announce exactly what the Republicans plan to do for health care in America… It’s a very simple plan. Here it is. The Republican health care plan for America: “don’t get sick.” If you have insurance don’t get sick, if you don’t have insurance, don’t get sick; if you’re sick, don’t get sick. Just don’t get sick. … If you do get sick America, the Republican health care plan is this: “die quickly.”
Republicans are all "the conduct of the Representative from Florida was a breach of decorum and degraded the integrity and proceedings of the House" and shit.

As ThinkProgress points out, though, Republicans have been accusing Democrats of wanting to kill off Americans for months now, on and off the House floor. Here's their compilation.

I want Grayson to say, "Sure, I'll apologize. You first."

Update: The "liberal media" responds.

Update: Damn, it's nice to see a Dem with some cojones.
